With many years of experience, artist Phil Blackburn is a specialist in oil paintings on velvet. He has been commissioned to paint former Crufts winners, National Cat Show winners, Red Rum for the Newbury Bloodstock Show and his wildlife paintings were used to help raise funds for the Joy Adams Born Free Foundation.
